HCA Healthcare Inc. has developed the HCA Inspire for Android. You can find it under the Business category on Play Store. Since its inception, HCA Inspire has got over 28507+ users on board. For the user rating, it is currently holding a 2.3 rating and the latest version of it is 2.1.51

HCA Inspire – the app currently available for all HCA Healthcare and partner organization employees – is an internal communication tool.
HCA Inspire is a new way to communicate with colleagues using social media-like feeds and receive important unit, facility, division and enterprise communication.
Three account types exist in HCA Inspire:
Nurse, PCT, or LPN user role: Nurses have an expanded experience that includes feed and posting capabilities, notifications, profile, schedule, career pathways, mentorship, leaderboard, badges, job board, Nursing blog posts, and access to the HCA Healthcare Today blog
Facility Staff user role: The Facility Staff experience includes feed and posting capabilities, notifications, profile, schedule (if they have a Facility Scheduler account), leaderboard, badges, and access to the HCA Healthcare Today blog
Division & Corporate user role: The Division & Corporate experience includes feed and posting capabilities, notifications, profile, leaderboard, badges, and access to the HCA Healthcare Today blog
HCA Inspire Features Defined:
Feed & posting capabilities: interact with colleagues through a social media like feed. Capabilities include: posting (text, photos, video), giving recognitions, liking and commenting
Notifications: receive notifications for activity within the HCA Inspire app and reminders to complete your profile
Profile: keep your user profile up to date and view other user’s profiles
Schedule: Facility Scheduler integration, as long as the user has a Facility Scheduler account, that includes the ability to view your schedule, request time off and request open needs
Career Pathways: allows nurses to explore bedside and non-bedside roles and specialties
Mentorship: create profiles to become a mentee or mentor and be matched with a colleague. Mentors must complete a healthstream course and then reach out to [email protected] with confirmation of a completed course before they can complete their mentor profile
Leaderboard: ties in very closely with recognitions to show monthly winners based on giving and receiving recognitions
Badges: grouped into five different categories to help celebrate accomplishments: education and certifications, leadership roles, excellency, HCA Programs and competency
Job board: Another function within career path that allows users to search for jobs within HCA Healthcare that match your set path
Nursing Updates blog: information developed specifically for nurses. Highlights nurses and facilities, as well as news about the nursing industry
